Forestry Corporation will commence harvesting in Lansdowne State Forest near Coopernook HQ recreation site from 1 May 2023 until further notice.

Haulage operations will affect Buchanans Road, with increased haulage traffic on Langley Vale Road access to Coopernook HQ recreation site.

Any visitors camping within these areas are requested to take their time when travelling along these roads, reduce your speed and be vigilant. Use UHF 24 to declare your movements so that haulage operators are aware you are travelling these roads.

All camping and recreational areas will remain open during this harvest operation.

For public safety, please obey all signage and direction by Forestry staff.
