Please note that Mount Allyn Road in Chichester State Forest is closed to all motor vehicles due to unsafe road surface conditions caused by wet weather.

We expect the road’s condition to deteriorate further with more rain coming.

Mount Allyn Road has been subject to ‘wet weather gate closures’ since November 2021. The road will reopen as soon as weather and road conditions improve.
