Wedding Bells State Forest Mountain Bike Trail Network
Woolgoolga Mountain Bike Club has achieved $400,000 in NSW Government grant under the Stronger Country Communities Fund to improve and expand trails and facilities in Wedding Bells State Forest.
The project will incorporate construction of three new mountain bike trails, a skills development area and shelter/seating. The project will create more safe riding options for users of all abilities from beginners to experienced riders. The Club also hopes to attract more women and girls to mountain biking and enable youth projects to be run.
The additional trails and facilities will expand the Wedding Bells Mountain Bike Trail network into a valuable community asset, supported by a strong partnership with Forestry Corporation under the Club’s Forest Permit.
