Troubleshooting
Verifying the BSB
You may need to create a new BSB within your finance system using the below details.
Country | Australia |
Bank Name | Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited |
Account Name | Forestry Corporation of New South Wales |
Account BSB | 012-693 |
Account Number | Each customer will have a unique account number. Refer to your new customer invoice / statement /change of account letter for individual number. |
Currency | AUD |
Branch | 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 |
If your system does not recognise the BSB, please ensure it is linked with the database at the Australian Payments Network Ltd.
Account number
Our new Accounts Receivable Management System (ARM) provides a unique account number for every customer which allows transactions to uploaded directly to your customer account. Your individual bank account details can be found on your invoice and statements.
This is a longer than normal account number, so if you experience issues, please confirm with your Systems/IT Department in the first instance that your system can accommodate the account number length.
A deposit slip or bank account statement cannot be issued as the ARM system creates a unique account number for every customer which is identical to your BPay code previously provided. Please contact Forestry Corporation if you require further information.
