Mountain biking in Lidsdale State Forest
Rydal mountain bike trails are located in Lidsdale State Forest, near the small township of Rydal in the Lithgow region. Trails are beginner friendly but will test more experienced riders pushing their times. Trails are cross-country and incorporate landscape elements.
Central Tablelands MTB Club manages and maintains Rydal MTB Trails.

Trail head access: The trailhead is located at the top of Market Street at the Rydal Showground.
