Lochinvar Rest Area is located along the Batlow Rd at Laurel Hill, only 22km from Tumbarumba and 47km to Tumut.
This forest is predominantly radiata pine plantations, clearly visible from any vantage point in the visitor area. Lochinvar Rest Area is the perfect stop for travellers needing to stretch their legs on shorter trips, or for overnight stays if travelling greater distances.
A desirable overnight rest option for travelers passing through, especially those with RV/caravan and campervan.
Please note there is no RV/caravan dump point at Lochinvar Rest Area. Batlow and Tumbarumba are the nearest dump points.
