Investing in regional tourism

State forests play a critical role in regional communities and economies, particularly when it comes to nature-based tourism. NSW State Forests are sustainably managed for a variety of values, including ecological, recreational, Aboriginal Cultural, timber and social values. As part of this, Forestry Corporation invests and manages a range of nature-based and ecotourism experiences where visitors can appreciate and enjoy the forest environment.
