Please note that in November and December there will be road closures in Barcoongere State Forest due to road upgrades.

The following are estimates of the closure periods. Detour signs will be installed locally and we encourage you to visit this page regularly for updates.

McPhillips Road - Works are complete and McPhillips road is now open.

Barcoongere Way - Closed now and work is expected to be completed mid-December. A detour is be available via Newfoundland Road as marked on the map below.
