Forestry Corporation of NSW is seeking proposals for 115 Million Tonne Kilometres across Bathurst and Tumut regions of NSW.
Request for Proposal
This Request for Proposals for Haulage and Loading Services includes nine (9) work parcels across Tumut and Bathurst regions of NSW. There are six (6) parcels for Haulage and Loading services in the Tumut region and three (3) parcels for Haulage and Loading Services in the Bathurst region.
The awarded contracts for services will undertake the haulage and haulage & loading of log products from FCNSW plantations to major industrial timber processing companies to support long-term timber supply agreements
Proponents are encouraged to submit proposals for any or all of the available parcels to maximise efficiencies and synergies between regions and tasks, providing solutions to FCNSW. Parcels will be awarded on the 19th March 2021 and contracts will commence from the 1 July 2021. Term of contract is up to five (5) years and are supported by existing long-term sales agreements with Forestry Corporation's existing customers.
Proponents must register through NSW Government eTender to access the RFP Document. An information session will be conducted online on Monday 14th December at 10:00am and can be joined by invite only. All Proponents who access the RFP Document will be emailed an invitation to join the online information session. Registered proponents may also request an individual information session and/or site inspection if applicable. Individual information session is mandatory for proponents in both regions who wish to submit proposals in this process.
